By visiting our website, placing an order online or in-store, or using our services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.


1) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.


2) Products, Pricing & Availability

  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information (descriptions, dimensions, colors, availability). Actual colors may vary due to screen settings and vendor variations.

  • Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we may cancel or refuse an order and will issue a full refund if payment was processed.

  • Some items are special order or vendor-direct; lead times are estimates and may change.


3) Orders & Payment

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit quantities or cancel any order.

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., major cards, digital wallets). Sales tax applies where required.

  • For financed purchases, see Section 6.

  • Deposits/Special Orders: A deposit may be required for special orders. Deposits are applied to the final balance; special orders are typically non-cancelable and non-refundable once placed with the vendor.


4) Delivery, Shipping & Pickup

  • Delivery Area & Fees: We offer local delivery for a fee based on distance/complexity. Fees are shown at checkout or quoted by our team and are non-refundable once service is scheduled.

  • Delivery Windows: We provide a delivery window and will contact you if changes occur. Adult (18+) must be present to receive delivery.

  • Access Requirements: Please ensure clear access (elevators, doorways, stairwells). If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or no-show, a re-delivery fee may apply.

  • Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect items at delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and notify us within 48 hours for concealed damage.

  • Pickup: If you choose store/warehouse pickup, bring a valid ID and order confirmation. Inspect items before leaving; risk of loss transfers at pickup.


5) Assembly & Installation

  • Assembly services may be available for an additional fee. Improper self-assembly can void warranties; follow instructions carefully or use our service.


6) Financing Partners

  • We offer financing through third-party providers (e.g., Snap, Acima, Progressive, American First, Koalafi). Applications, approvals, payment schedules, and fees are governed by the financing provider’s agreement, not these Terms.

  • We may receive limited information (e.g., approval status) to help complete your order. Questions about rates, fees, or payments should be directed to your financing provider.


7) Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Return Window: Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery/pickup with original packaging and proof of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and resalable.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Mattresses/adjustable bases, pillows/bedding, clearance/final sale, AS-IS, special orders, and assembled/used items are final sale unless defective under manufacturer warranty.

  • Fees: Delivery/assembly fees are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns. Customer is responsible for return transportation unless defective.

  • Cancellations: Standard orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Special orders cannot be canceled after vendor confirmation.

8) Warranties

  • Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and item. We will help facilitate claims when possible, but the final decision rests with the manufacturer.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, and damage caused by accidents or pets are not covered.


9) Risk of Loss & Title

  • For delivery, risk of loss passes upon delivery to your address; for pickup, upon handing the item to you or your agent. Title transfers once full payment is received.


10) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

  • Promotions and coupons may have restrictions, expiration dates, and cannot be combined unless stated.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash (except where required by law), and we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.


11) User Content & Reviews

  • If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material.


12) Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • All site content (logos, text, images, graphics) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use content except as necessary to shop or place orders on the site.


13) Third-Party Links & Services

  • Our site may link to third-party sites (e.g., financing portals, review widgets, social media). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms and privacy policies.


14) Privacy

  • Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.


15) Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Except as expressly stated, the Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16) Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casa Blanca Furniture and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or purchase of products.

  • In all cases, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.


17) Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Casa Blanca Furniture harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.


18) Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

  • You agree to resolve disputes in state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law. (Optional: insert an arbitration clause if desired.)


19) Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply-chain disruptions, labor issues, acts of God, or carrier delays.


20) Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above shows the last revision. Changes are effective when posted.
